Transponders (keys)

• Transponder keys are provided by the janitor’s office

Lab access

For group meetings, reservations for the ISM lab (1.094) can be made via the shared Labor ISM (1.094) calendar.

Virtual machines

Access to virtual machines, e.g., for student projects, can be requested through the IT department 1.

Printing and scanning (campusprint)

• VPN access needed
• Pay with chip-card
• Data will be stored 5 days after uploaded and will then be deleted permanently
• Submit print jobs from any PC and retrieve them at any of the university photocopy machines
• Scan documents using any photocopy machine at the University of Bamberg and store them as jpg images or pdf files

• The archive room WE5/05.058 is available to store theses and seminar papers. Access (key) is managed by the secretary’s office.
